JD Marine and Sons Limited offers a range of marine-based services including marine civil engineering and marine transfers. We have also extended our offering and now provide a range of facilities management services. 

The firm was established in the late sixties when Alec, the grandfather of our current Managing Director established Port Talbot Diving Marine.  Nearly sixty years later, we are still a family run firm and continue to be based in South Wales.  We’re the same company and the same family with the same values – but with a different name.  

We are ISO9001 accredited and believe that our strength is in our staff.  We recruit according to our own behaviour and values so that these permeate throughout our business.  Our entire staff have a positive attitude to our business. Every I is dotted and every t is crossed and our continued investment in training our staff ensures that we are always the best we can be, both inside and outside of the business.

We operate throughout the UK, although our marine services are predominantly based around the Bristol Channel with work from Fishguard to Portishead.

The majority of our work comes to us via referral.  We are available 24/7 and are known for our friendly, reliable service for any marine civil engineering and vessel transfer projects.
